Stringed instruments´ quartet PREZIOSO

All four members of the stringed instruments’ quartet PREZIOSO play in Estonian National Symphony Orchestra (ERSO) and have studied in the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, where the instructor or the quartet was Henry-David Varema.

The quartet  has successfully participated in many contests and received prizes, given concerts and taken part in festivals in Estonia as well as abroad (Finland, Russia, the Netherlands, Germany). The quartet has existed for 13 years this year.

The repertoire of the quartet is very varied, ranging from baroque to romanticism.

 

PREZIOSO cooperates with talented musicians such as classical singer Maria Listra, accordion virtuoso Jaan Lutsoja, pianist Andrus Rannaääre young musicians known from the TV-show of Cassical Stars – bassoon player Jakob Peäske and accordion players Henri Zibo and Mikk Langeproon.
